FAQ
My-Stash is hidden.
It is a "hidden service" on TOR (the onion router). The address is in the form of 16 alphanumeric characters followed by ".onion". If you do not tell anyone what that address is, it will be very hard to find since there are 36 raised to 16 power, or 7,958,661,109,946,400,884,391,936 (over 7.9 x10^24) combinations. Your stash remains private until you tell someone where it is. If no one can find your stash, they can't break in. In January 2018 the address can be expanded to 56 characters, or 36 raised to the 56 power, making the address space many magnitudes larger than even the entier IPv6 space. In addition, hidden services can be configured to require a key (password) that a visitor has to have, before the service (say web page) is even detectable. Really: it is an invisibility cloak for the cloud storage, that can only be revealed by using the key that only you know and can issue to your invited guests.

My-Stash uses strong security
The access is encrypted, and as desired by the customer, can be set up to use 2 Factor Authentication. Your information is not secure, though, if you tell many people what the address is, and give out your user name and password, or send that information over unencrypted email. You can decide what level of security you want to enforce on your cloud file storage.

My-Stash can be as large as you want.
Disk drives of up to 8 Terabytes are now available for less than $200. If you prefer, your personal stash of documents can also be hosted on a cloud storage provider, where the storage capacities are literally unlimited.
